2. Quality determination means that the quality and variety of lubricants used in each lubrication part must meet the requirements on the lubrication card. The quality and grade required on the lubrication card can be determined by referring to the recommendation of the equipment manufacturer and adjusting according to the specific conditions of working conditions and working environment. You can't add this lubricant today and another 1 tomorrow. Lubricants used in centrifugal fans include grease and lubricating oil.
3. Grease: can be used in most of the cement plant centrifugal fan bearings, such as all fans of small and medium power, medium and low speed high-power fans, commonly used grease is calcium-based, calcium-sodium-based, file-based grease. The performance of calcium-based grease and calcium-sodium-based grease is worse than that of file-based grease, but it is cheap and is used in small and medium-power fan bearings with low ambient temperature. The file base grease has high melting point, good water resistance, stable use and long service life. It can be used under high and low temperature and humid conditions. In order to facilitate management and use, it is recommended to use all clang base grease.
4. Lubricating oil: As the working environment temperature of some fans in cement plants is very high, such as exhaust fans at the end of rotary kilns, the performance of lubricating grease is reduced by high temperature. Therefore, lubricating oil is selected. Lubricating oil is generally used for L-AN total loss system. Mechanical oil, turbine oil or gear oil, and the viscosity of the oil is 1 32 and 46 mm/s.
5. Quantitative refers to the daily lubrication of each part according to the amount of grease specified on the lubrication card. The filling amount of rolling bearing grease cannot be too much or too little, too much will increase the temperature of the bearing and increase the power consumption, too little can not meet the needs of the bearing is easy to damage. Generally, the filling amount is 1/3 1 1/2 of the bearing housing space (volume), and the grease of low-speed fan can occupy 2/3 of the bearing housing space a little more. It is worth paying attention to the way of filling all the bearing shell space with grease and adding grease with oil gun or oil cup. Since new grease cannot be directly added to the bearing raceway, in fact it only plays a filling role to squeeze the old and dirty grease beside the raceway into the raceway, which is harmful instead of playing its due role.
6. Regular refers to adding oil, refueling and changing oil according to the intervals specified on the lubrication card. Lubricating oil must be regularly added and replaced, grease can be replenished, cleaned and replaced. If there are conditions, it is best to determine the replacement time after checking the quality of the grease. If there are no conditions, it is determined according to the working conditions (temperature, speed, load) and working time of the bearing according to experience. The low-speed fan can be cleaned and replaced once every 3 months to 6 months, and the high-speed high-temperature fan needs to be oiled or greaned once every seven days.
7. Daily inspection, inspection is an important part of maintenance, inspection is divided into daily inspection and regular inspection, here the main emphasis on daily inspection. The purpose of daily inspection is to discover and eliminate the abnormal situation of equipment operation in time. The method of daily inspection is to use human senses and simple tools. Check whether the bearing temperature is too high and whether the vibration is too large. By listening to the bearing sound, determine whether the bearing clearance is too large, whether the lack of oil.
